Rates are based on double occupancy.
Rates do not include taxes (12%)
Additional adult- $20 per night
Children under 16 stay free in parents room.
(Yellow room has a folding single cot or inflatable queen mattress
& Blue room has a double futon.)
Check in 3:00pm - 6:00pm (later check-in
available with advance notice)

Cancellation Policy: cancellations made 14 days or more from the date of arrival will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less then 14 days from the date of arrival will not receive a refund.
Early check-out is considered a cancellation and no refunds will be made.
